Following Dr. Liz’s instruction, we stopped giving Nemo the pain-relief gel. It didn’t seem to bother Nemo much. He seemed to do fine without.

He became more and more affectionate these days. We received even more head-bunting from him today. We think that he’s getting back to the old affectionate self. He must be recovering very well! Our friend Cameron came to pick up some stuff in the morning. It’s the first time he met Nemo. I don’t know if Nemo understood him when he said Nemo was a beautiful cat or something, Nemo liked him so much that he head-bunted Cameron. We had another friend over for dinner tonight. He hung out with us most of the evening. He even tried to jump onto the table to check out our BBQ.

He still didn’t seem to like his bowl much. He did eat from it but he didn’t lick it clean like before.

We finally checked what the pain-relief gel was called. It’s Codeine. The antibiotic is Antirobe.
