Nemo meeting PricklyToday both Nemo’s window friends visited him at the back door, where the breakfast room is. In the morning it was Prickly then it was Jumpy later in the afternoon. Prickly was more subdued. She just sat by Nemo’s window, accompanying him. Nemo seemed to enjoy her company but didn’t really go crazy about it. Jumpy certainly wasn’t as shy. He made a splash upon entry–he stood up and knocked on our door with his front paws to get Nemo and our attention. Nemo got very excited about his appearance. The two cats walked back and forth alongside the backdoor and windows, trying to find a way to meet. Later when we were having dinner in the dining room at the front of the house, we found that Jumpy showed up at the window sill, again wanting to get in. Nemo became restless again.Nemo trying to get to Jumpy through the door

Nemo came into the entertainment room while we were watching a movie after dinner. Apparently he found the area rug amusing and started sticking his head under the rug and played hide-and-seek with us. Our friend Jeff was laying on the floor with his long hair slightly fanned out on the carpet. As curious as Nemo was, he went to check out Jeff’s hair. All of us, obviously except for Jeff who had no idea what was going on, stopped watching the movie and started paying attention to Nemo instead. Something spooked him and he jumped backwards about a foot but came right back to investigate. We all laughed out loud. Poor Jeff finally realized that he had a cat in his hair.
